- We offer a high quality after care service in which we are available to your business to offer telephone support, service visits and ongoing quality assurance work. Aside from the quality assurance work, we can offer advice and guidance around any employee related issues. For example, we can help your business to implement systems and processes to support and manage situations where staff maybe under-performing, or matters of a disciplinary nature.

Our commitment is to help young people thrive in their daily lives, achieve their personal goals, and prepare for a successful transition to independence.
Our Supported Accommodation program presents numerous benefits, promoting independence by encouraging the development of essential life skills necessary for adulthood. We deliver personalized support tailored to each individual’s specific needs, ensuring that young people receive the guidance and encouragement vital for their personal growth. Living in a shared environment fosters social interaction, enabling young people to build friendships and develop social skills while enjoying a safe and secure atmosphere.
Every young person in our care is assigned a dedicated key worker who meets with them regularly to address concerns collaboratively. During these sessions, our key workers assist in implementing personalized support plans while focusing on their overall well-being. We actively involve young individuals in the creation of their care plans, ensuring they have a voice in their support journey.
The assistance we provide is adaptable, based on the specific needs and schedules of each individual. For those in college or employment, we adjust our support plans accordingly, offering assistance during mornings, evenings, or weekends to accommodate their activities.
Our accommodation is specifically designed for young people aged 16 to 25 years. Our homes are meticulously maintained, furnished with modern decor, and equipped with CCTV for enhanced security. Residents also have access to serene garden spaces, contributing to a peaceful living environment. At Bayview Healthcare, we are dedicated to creating a structured, inclusive, and supportive atmosphere where young people can reflect on their past, navigate their current circumstances, and develop meaningful plans for their future.
- Looked-after children, including Separated Children Seeking Asylum (SCSA) (ages 16-25), typically placed as part of the National Transfer Scheme.
